Shipping Policy (United States Only)

 

Most Items will ship within 1 to 5 business days.

 Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer.  You can use UPS: Ground or Next Day Air. 

Visit UPS to get and estimate for shipping charges.  Select shipping, calculate time and cost, #1 time and cost (package), #2 shipping from: city: Vandalia, zip: 63382, Shipping to: enter your address, select residental or commercial, enter the date you are shipping and the weight of the package.  Click on the next button and you will have time and cost calculations.  We only ship Ground or Next Day Air.

Return Policy

RMA's  (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required on all returned merchandise.  Contact Customer Support to obtain a RMA.  You may return any item you are dissatisfied with within 30 days of purchase, for a full refund, minus shipping. We would prefer that you come visit us again as a happy customer, knowing that if you're not satisfied with whatever you purchase from us, that you can return it and get your money back, minus the shipping.

Back Order Policy

Our purchasing department is second to none in the industry. Our systems control back orders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal. If an item you purchased is backordered, we will contact you with further instructions.

Damaged Goods Policy

Please contact the UPS and file a claim using the package tracking number. All claims must be filed with the carrier.
